VEGETABLE CRISPS
INGREDIENTS
Xinyan Cake Flour 300gWater 375g
Chopped Spring Onions 30g
Chopped Fresh Beans 80g
Sliced Onions 50g
Sliced Carrots 80g
Sliced Cabbage 80g
Chopped Chilli (optional) 7g
Salt ¾ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Chicken Seasoning Powder ½ tsp
Cooking oil to fry
PROCEDURE
1.Put self raising flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder and water in a big bowl and mix well.2.Add all the vegetables one by one and mix well to form a soft batter-type dough.
3.Cover with cling wrap and rest the dough for about 1 hour.
4.Scoop about ¼ cup of the dough with a ladle and place it into the hot oil.
5.Spread it and deep fry until golden brown.
6.Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
