Management Trainee - Production Function 4

3. Yantai local or intention to settle down in Yantai preferred;

4. Possess excellent coordination and communication skills, attentive to details, and timely detection and handling of problems.

Job description: This position is to nurture graduated student or new entrant with "on the job" training in our Production Department. During the early stage, the focus will be on the process technology, flour milling basics and developments.

4. Possess excellent analytical skills, attentive to detail, strong determination, independent and with good experimental abilities.

Job Description: This position is to nurture graduated student or new entrant with "on the job" training in our Quality Control Department, the main focus will be on Research and Development of flour and its related products.



Procurement executive 1 Purchasing Department
Responsibilities:

  1.Responsible for the procurement of the company's wheat raw materials, including: inquiry, price comparison, signing of the purchase contract, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary work;

  2.Investigate, analyze and evaluate the target market, and determine the needs and timing of the purchase.

  3.Improve the company procurement system, formulate and optimize the procurement process, control the quality and cost of procurement;

  4.The organization will evaluate, authenticate, manage and assess the supplier.

  5.Work out the short, medium and long term work plan of the Department, prepare and submit the department budget.

  6.It is responsible for the pre job training and on post training of the purchasing person, and organizes the examination.

  Qualification:

  1.college or above education, management or logistics major preferred;

  2.More than 2 years of experience in the procurement industry, with a preference for the experience of purchasing wheat.

  3.Familiar with the bidding and purchasing process, familiar with supplier evaluation, assessment, and familiar with the related Quality System Standards.

  4.Have good organization and coordination ability in department and cross department, good negotiation, interpersonal communication ability and strong team cooperation ability.

  5.Have strong professional ethics.
